We are excited to announce the launch of the KBS Student Support Help Desk

Do your students have questions or issues accessing distance learning? Need technical help with their devices? Having trouble with software programs? Students/Parents/Caregivers can now contact the K-12 Student Support Help Desk, Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 10:00PM ET. They can email questions and concerns to DLhelp@customms.com or submit them to BIE Student and Parents Support Center. . The Student Support Help Desk can also be reached at 1-866-552-0487. This service is provided to assist K-12 students only. If employees need IT related support, please continue to contact the Indian Affairs Service Center at 866.703.7100
